In a nutshell, C-NPR is putting out a call for proposals from non-profits for worthy video projects (PSAs, long-form videos, etc.) with broad interest and regional or national impact. 

Special consideration will be given to projects with interesting post-production requirements.  Of course,  we have to like it (and decision of the judges is final, etc.).
